Hot for Harissa: Cranberry Sauce Recipe

What is Harissa? It is a spicy chili paste common to North African cuisines, such as Moroccan and Tunisian. Spices such as cumin, caraway, and coriander are blended with smoked chili peppers to form a paste. The result is strikingly velvet red sauce that blends well into dishes to create a smokey aftertaste with a savory kick.
